CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy helps respect my time and ensures availability for other clients. Thank you for understanding 🤍 Salon Scale Policy Salon scale is a backbar tool that is used to ensure that the color fees applied to each service are accurate to that individual. This tool measures the exact product used on each client so that no one is over or under charged. Please note that this is a separate fee from the service itself.
